Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through an untracked service by Posti Group Oyj (Finland).
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email when your order has been handed over to the shipping company.
Please note that once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Handling Fee
The shipping & handling fee shown below is the same for all countries.
1 pair & 2 pairs of socks → 4,90€
3 pairs & 4 pairs socks → 9,90€
5 pairs of socks → FREE SHIPPING + 1 pair FREE
Import Duties & Taxes – EU Countries
In most cases, customers in countries within the European Union (EU) are not subjected to import duties and taxes.
Import Duties & Taxes – Worldwide
Customers in countries not within the European Union (EU) may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country.
Loops Socks is not responsible for any import duties and/or taxes associated with your order and this is your responsibility as the customer.
Kindly check with your country’s customs office to see if there will be any additional costs.
If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made.
Late / Lost Orders
When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Loops Socks takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.
European EU customers
If you have not receive your order after 15 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email and we will look into it for you.
Worldwide customers
If you have not receive your order after 30 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email and we will look into it for you.
Please email us at hello@loopssocks.eu and your email should include your NAME and ORDER NUMBER which can be found at the top of the confirmation email you received after you placed your order.
Damages Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@loopssocks.eu with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for you.
