Prices

Q: What currency are your prices listed in?
A: All prices on our website are listed in Euros €.

Q: Is VAT included in your pricing
A: All prices include VAT. However, the VAT will be automatically removed from the total during checkout if your shipping address is outside the European Union (EU). The total price of the purchase will be clearly stated for your confirmation before the final order is placed, and it includes all costs associated with the purchase, including shipping costs if applicable. Please note that additional costs, such as local customs duties and taxes may apply when you pick up your package in your country. We do not account for this as it may vary from country to country.

Payment

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: All payments are processed by Visma Pay and you can pay by these payment methods:
• Credit / Debit cards – Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard
• Online banking – Akita, Danske Bank, Handlesbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki and Ålandsbanken.

A: Your order is shipped through an untracked service by Posti Group Oyj (Finland).

Q: How long will it for my order to reach me?
A: Typically, it will take between 4 to 15 business days. A more detailed list of estimated shipping times can be found here.

Returns & Refunds

Q: How does your 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE policy work?
A: If for some strange reason your baby manages to pull off or kick off their Loops Socks within 60 days of receiving them, just take a short video with your mobile phone of it happening and send it to us. We will then refund all your money back (including the shipping and handling fee) with no special catches or exceptions. To process your refund, send us an email to hello@loopssocks.eu. In the email, please include your NAME and ORDER NUMBER. Your order number can be found at the top of the confirmation email you received after you placed your order. After receiving your email, we will provide you with a WhatsApp number which you can use to send us your video.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: Depending on your financial institution, please allow between 7–15 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@loopssocks.eu and we will check on it for you.

Cancellation

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you may cancel your order before we hand your order over to the shipping company. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel your order, send us an email at hello@loopssocks.eu with these information:
– Subject: Cancellation request of ORDER NUMBER XXXXX.
– Message: Tell us why you would like to cancel the order, and if you want to cancel your full order or only some product/products.

Product & Care

Q: Are Loops Socks suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Babies in general have very sensitive skin and because of that, we only use yarn that have been certified as 100% safe for baby’s health to make our socks to ensure complete safety for babies. Our super grippy silicon on the inside shaft of our socks are made of 100% silicon and not mixed materials, making them safe for babies. In the rare case that your baby’s skin becomes irritated with wearing Loops Socks, we recommend wearing the socks over your baby’s pants.

Q: My baby’s feet are in between 2 sizes. Should I order the smaller or larger size?
A: If your baby’s feet are in between sizes, we always recommend sizing up to the larger size.

Q: How should I wash Loops Socks to extended longevity?
A: We recommend washing Loops Socks inside out in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle at no higher than 40°C and do not tumble dry.

Q: Where are Loops Socks designed and made?
A: Loops Socks are designed in Finland and made in a carefully controlled factory that we have partnered with in Shenzhen China.
